Touring Ireland: Bunratty Castle, Shannon
Quiet last day in Ireland
GALWAY,
Ireland, Oct 20, 2011 - Our last day in Ireland was relatively
uneventful. We drove from Galway to Shannon, stopping at
Bunratty Castle for a quick tour (the green line on the map -
right). I was coming down with a cold and had a sore
throat, so I did not feel overly adventurous. Nonetheless,
we have a nice visit to Bunratty.
And now, here are also some
still shots from our last day in Ireland, starting with this
panorama view of the Shannon countryside as seen from atop the
castle.
