A close up of Angelina and her Mom
The following morning (Thursday, Sep 8), my sister Ljilja, Angelina and I went for a long walk into town. Along the way, we passed this billboard advertising Mina's dermatological practice.
And on our way back home, we stopped at a river bank cafe for a juice. This photo was taken in front of it as Angelina was horsing around with her grandmother.
In the afternoon, Ljilja and I visited the grave of our parents, brought some flowers (gladiolas) and lit candles for them. As we stood in front of the grave in silent prayer, Ljilja said, "bet they'd be glad to see the two of us together here."
I took the above photos of Nenad and two firemen draining the wretched pool from the balcony of Ljilja and Sveta's place. Afterwards, Sveta opened up to me about the pool and this "project." Not surprisingly, he had nothing good to say about it. Emilija - Boshko's Grandaughter Emilija, almost a year old, with her Mom, Sanja (Dublin, late June 2005) With her father.
